Return Policy


We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

All appliance purchases are non-refundable, regardless of online or in-store purchases. All order cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Exchanges or returns of custom orders are ineligible.


Defective Products:
Brand new sealed products include a 1-year warranty. If your product is defective upon arrival, other than our open box, scratch, dent, or gently used products (see open-box products policy below) please notify the product expert of the problem within 24 hours of receiving goods.


Damaged Products:

All of our deliveries are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during delivery are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Products that are damaged due to the narrowness of doorways, entryways, hallways and stairways will not be covered by Lobban Appliances. Therefore, it is important for customers to review the specifications/dimensions of the products to ensure the products will fit through doorways, entryways, hallways and stairways. Always check the specifications/dimensions section of the product page to ensure the appliance will fit the intended space.

Additional charges will be incurred by the customer if the delivery team has to remove the main door, or refrigerator doors in order for the product(s) to fit through the doorways.

Open-Box Products:
All clearance items, open box items, scratch & dent items, and floor models purchased are considered final sale – even if not yet delivered – and will not be eligible for return.

Price Match Guarantee:

If you find an identical, online advertised price from an Authorized dealer priced for less, we will honor our Price Match Guarantee. Our Price Match Guarantee does not include closeouts, scratch & dent, floor demos/models, bonus or free items, special financing, membership discounts, installation, rebates, limited quantity offers, open-box merchandise, one-of-a-kind items, and Super Buys. Other exclusions may apply. See store for details.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.


Shipping & Delivery Policy


Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Warranty Policy

This limited warranty applies to products purchased from Lobban Appliances Limited.

Lobban Appliances Limited reserves the right to provide at the sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability as considered on a case by case basis. This warranty covers any defective products purchased from Lobban Appliances Limited (as covered by this warranty).


Unless otherwise stated, only brand new products have a 1-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. Please refer to the Lobban Appliances Return Policy for details on return options during the warranty period.


Please note that This warranty does not cover any problems caused by (a) misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat, and humidity, or (b) modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product, (c) damage caused by other equipment or (d) consequential damage, incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup and assembly as incurred by 3rd party involvement.


Lobban Appliances will not provide any warranty coverage unless the claim is in compliance with all terms of this warranty statement and the proper return process and procedures are followed. To request warranty service, contact Lobban Appliances directly. This notification must be made to Lobban Appliances about warranty service and must be made within the warranty period.

Your identity and order information will be collected and the warranty verified as a valid purchase by a Lobban Appliances representative. Once Lobban Appliances determine that warranty service is required, you may be prompted for additional information or required to decide upon completing alternatives for resolution.



Do you have a warranty for your products?

Warranty terms will be stated in our product description. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we do not offer any warranty for that particular product.


What conditions does the warranty not cover?
The warranty is not available for product damage caused by reasons other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery (other than by us), misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear and tear, damage to accessories, or when the product has been modified, repaired other than by us.

Can I transfer the warranty to my friends?
Warranty is not transferable. Any warranty claims must come directly from the original buyer.


Does warranty cover replacement?
The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.


How can I provide proof of defect of the products?

Please send an email to with a detailed description and digital picture of the defective product as proof of damage. Your email and pictures will help us to expedite your claim.


What are your delivery fees?
Local delivery fees start at $89.99

Different rates and services are available depending on your location. Products typically ship within two to ten business days.

How long does it take to deliver my appliance?

You will be notified by email once your product is being processed for delivery. You will receive an email notification to the email address supplied at the time of sale.

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed as we cannot account for unexpected delays on the road.

Delivery service will open and place fridges, freestanding ranges, washers, dryers and freezers where you request. Slide-in ranges will be placed in a convenient spot, but will not be placed in-spot. Installation charges apply and will be incurred by you.

Microwaves, range hoods, dishwashers and other smaller appliances will be left in boxes if applicable.

For insurance purposes, we are unable to hook up gas lines, water lines and all electrical.

If you require these services, we can schedule a certified technician to come to you and complete this task, at an additional cost to you.

Can you dispose of my old appliances?

There are additional charges for installation, disposal, relocation, door reversal or any other services other than the delivery.

If you have paid for the removal of your old appliance please ensure the following are completed before the team arrives:

  • Appliances are completely disconnected from all water, electrical and gas connections and emptied.

  • Stacked washer or dryer units are unstacked.

  • Fridges and freezers are defrosted and water lines disconnected.

  • We do not uninstall pedestals. If you choose to keep them, make sure they are uninstalled prior to delivery.
