Delivery Agreement and Waiver

Please verify that the product you have purchased will fit in your home. Consider height, width, depth, and door swing of appliances. There may be an additional charge for removal of doors in order to get units into your home.
Please make sure you have the proper electrical and /or gas requirements for the appliance you are purchasing.
It is your responsibility to protect your floor coverings. Our delivery team are required have shoes on at all times for their protection so please do not ask them to remove their shoes.

Our delivery team will use the upmost care in getting products into your home but damages may occur in particularly difficult situations in which case Lobban Appliances, its contracted delivery teams, principals, and owners will not be held responsible.

Please make sure that there is a clear and safe path into your home and to where the appliance is being installed/delivered.

Please inform your sales associate of the following:

• Delivering to a townhouse, basement, or second floor location

• Stacking of washers and dryers

• Haul away of any old unit(s)

Built-In and Gas Appliance Installations must be done by license technicians. Should you require such service, Lobban Appliances will outsource this service to certified technicians.

If you require installation of any gas or built-in appliance (dishwasher, wall oven, gas appliances, over the range microwaves), please ask your sales associate.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours and all packing material and crating must be kept.

Do not install damaged items.

Our delivery personnel are authorized to decline any delivery that they feel will cause excessive damage, personal injury or if they are being subjected to verbal or physical abuse.

Post Delivery

 

It is our expectation that our delivery crew present themselves in a clean, professional, and courteous manner. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, operation of your product, please contact your sales associate.

The Lobban Appliance delivery crew are not licensed or skilled to do any of the following;

• Modify electrical

• Plumbing

• Cabinetry
